I am very pleased with Thrive Pet Care Services.  Cheryl walks and plays Frisbee with my big lab BB every Wednesday.  When I tell him she is coming he waits happily for her at the gate.  He really loves her and listens to her.  Cheryl loves the pets too and has a caring and  loving heart.

When my older dog Tigger of 15 years old passed away Cheryl sent our family a beautiful card with an amazing poem that made me cry…plus a few pictures of Tigger.  The best pictures of Tigger we ever had!  Thank you Cheryl again.  It has been a pleasure having you as our Pet Walker.

Cheryl is also very reliable and responsive to our needs.  When we traveled to Hawaii Cheryl would send me little update text messages with beautiful pictures of BB.  Her texts made my day!

My husband and myself are parents to two Australian Cattle Dog mix girls of 3 and 4 years old. Lots of energy and very smart. Frankly, our concern was that we would never find a person we really trusted AND who would be able to handle our girls as they really know how to get their way if you let them. We met Cheryl through an acquaintance and have had occasion to call on her to watch our doggies. The first time was only a two day weekend trip but the amazing thing was that when we returned, the girls were very calm, happy and they really could have stayed longer if we would have let them. Cheryl is so great with them and you can see that she is very loving. We did a 16 day Europe trip last year and Cheryl watched our girls. For a bit extra, she allowed a “Face Time” session with her and the girls and we got to see them with Cheryl hanging out. Cheryl watched the girls the last time a few weeks back and we had her stay at our house as one of our girls had a sore paw after playing at the park. Cheryl treated our home perfectly and the girls were sorry to see her go when she left.

We are sold on not only Cheryl’s maturity and honesty but also the fact that she really, really loves animals and she understands things that can be dangerous and things that make the animals calm and happy. We recommend her without hesitation and will use her any time we need our dogs cared for, even if only for an afternoon away.

My family and I have been putting off going on a vacation for years because of our numerous pets.  We have two big dogs that are older and one has a health condition.  We also have two guinea pigs and a bird.  We finally HAD to go out of state to visit family and I contacted Cheryl at Thrive to talk about our needs.  She not only said yes -she sounded so happy to help!
